上記アンプの出力信号とを比較するコンパレータ
と、該コンパレータの出力及び上記クロツクパル
スが入力されるフリツプフロツプとを含んでおり
、発光素子の点灯時と消灯時における受光素子の
出力電圧をコンパレータにより比較して、点灯時
の受光素子の出力電圧が高い場合にフリツプフロ
ツプが信号を出力するようにしたことを特徴とす
