Conventionally, in high-speed weighing devices such as those mentioned above, multiple weighing conveyors are arranged in parallel, and a sorting device is provided in front of these weighing conveyors, and the articles sent by the conveying device are transferred to this sorting device. Therefore, there were cases in which the articles were sequentially distributed to each weighing conveyor, weighed by each weighing conveyor, and the weighed items were collected by a collection device installed after each weighing conveyor and sent to another conveyor. . However, this high-speed weighing device requires a sorting device, a collection device, and a control device to control these devices, which increases the price of the device as a whole and makes it large, requiring a large installation area. Then a problem arose. In order to solve these problems, the creators of this device proposed three sets of conveyors, each consisting of two short endless running strips, in a utility model registration application filed at the same time. The endless running strips of the conveyor take different positions in the width direction and are arranged parallel to each other along the article transfer path. A weight detection unit is provided for each conveyor, and each conveyor differs each time the article to be weighed reaches near the starting end of the article transfer path. We have proposed a high-speed weighing device that has an example of a configuration that includes a starter that runs a conveyor. This high-speed weighing device can weigh with virtually the same capacity as multiple weighing devices without using a sorting device or a collection device, but this high-speed weighing device can weigh in the width direction of an endless running strip. Since the structure is such that the article to be weighed is supported and conveyed by the article support section located at a distance, it can be applied to cardboard boxes, etc., but it cannot be applied to bottles and canned goods. Ta. In order to apply bottling to canned goods, it is necessary to provide a rod-like member to straddle the support parts for the weighed articles, but since multiple sets of conveyors run independently, all conveyors run simultaneously. The article to be weighed cannot be transported unless the Therefore, the above-mentioned high-speed weighing device cannot weigh bottled or canned food.

It is assumed that a and 35b are running. In this state, the first article to be weighed that has been conveyed by the feed conveyor 49 is transferred onto the rod-shaped member 43 supported by the endless chains 35a, 35b as shown in FIG. , 3. This first article to be weighed is detected by an optical detector 48.

3 and supports the rod-shaped member 43 thereof. Endless chains 35a, 35b and toothed belt 1
Since a and 1b have the same speed, this support state,
That is, since the weighing conveyor 1 travels with the support section 31 supporting the first article to be weighed and the supporting rod-shaped member 43, the first article to be weighed is conveyed while being weighed by the load cell 8. . 1st
When the articles to be weighed reach the terminal end of the weighing conveyor 1, the weighing conveyor 1 stops and the guide member 47
As a result, the rod-shaped member 43 supporting the first article to be weighed is again supported by the endless chains 35a and 35b, and the first article to be weighed is then delivered to the delivery conveyor 50. Please note that weighing conveyor 1
When the support portion 31 located at the terminal end of the weighing conveyor 1 is located at the starting end, the weighing conveyor 1 stops.

In the above embodiment, a toothed belt is used as the endless strip of the weighing conveyors 1, 2, and 3, but an endless chain 52 may be used as shown in FIG. In this case, a member shown by reference numeral 54 in the figure may be used as the support portion. In addition, the optical detector 48
a, 48b are used to control the weighing conveyors 1, 2, and 3. However, if a pitch regulating device for the articles to be weighed is used for the infeed conveyor 49, the weighing conveyors 1, 2, and 3 will be controlled in synchronization with the pitch of the articles to be weighed. All you have to do is control. In addition, a guide member 46 is provided so that the endless chain 35
Although the chains a and 35b are pulled down, if the endless chains 35a and 35b are stretched from the beginning at the lowered positions, the guide member 46 is not necessary. Further, as a structure for changing the support of the rod-shaped member 43 from the endless chains 35a, 35b to the toothed belts 1a, 1b, 2a, 2b, 3a, 3b, the structure shown in FIG. 9 can also be used. That is, endless chains 35a, 35b
The vertical movement of the member 44 attached to the endless chain 35 is regulated by guide rails 56 and 58 so that it can move vertically.
The member 60 is integrally connected to the endless chain 35 with a and 35b.
a, 35b, and before pulling down the endless chains 35a, 35b with the guide member 46, the member 60
After the rod-shaped member 43 is supported by the guide member 46 and the endless chains 35a, 35b are lowered by the guide member 46, the rod-shaped member 43 is supported by the support portion 33.
Further, the supporting parts 31, 32, 33 are the endless chain 1a,
Two each are provided in 1b, 2a, 2b, 3a, and 3b, but three or more may be provided as long as they are arranged so that when one is at the starting end of the endless chain, the remaining ones are outside the transfer path. .

[Scope of Claim for Utility Model Registration] A plurality of endless running strips, each of which is a pair of endless running strips stretched in parallel, supporting and transporting an article to be weighed in the running direction thereof. A conveyor is formed, and at least two supporting portions are provided on the upper surface of the conveying surface of the pair of endless running strips of each of the conveyors, spaced apart from each other in the traveling direction, and these supporting portions are raised from the upper surface of the conveying surface. , and the supporting parts of the same conveyor are provided such that one is located at the starting end of the conveyor and the other is located at the terminal end of the conveyor, and a weight detection part capable of detecting the weight is provided for each of the conveyors. , A detector is provided near the starting end of each of the conveyors to detect that the article to be weighed has arrived, and each time this detector generates a detection signal, the support section located at the starting end of the conveyor is a drive unit for driving the endless running strips of the conveyor, and a pair of endless running strips stretched parallel to both outside sides of each of the conveyors and constantly running at the same speed as each of the conveyors; A transport conveyor is constructed by providing a plurality of article support members that are vertically movably loosely fitted to the pair of endless running strips that are constantly running, straddling each of the inner conveyors, and the above-mentioned articles on the transport conveyor. When the support part exists below the support member, the endless running strip of the conveyor is positioned at a position where the article support member is supported by the support part, and the article support member is in the range supported by the support part. A high-speed weighing device that transports objects to be weighed while maintaining a positional relationship that allows them to be weighed.
