  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 電気自動車の駆動源となる主電池と、 該主電池と交流電源との接続を行う交流用コネ
    クタと、 該コネクタを通じて供給された交流電力を直流
    変換して前記主電池に供給するオンボードチヤー
    ジヤと、 車外から直流電力を供給するオフボードチヤー
    ジヤと前記主電池との接続を行う直流用コネクタ
    と、 前記オンボードチヤージヤと交流電源との間に
    設けられた切替スイツチと、 前記直流用コネクタに設けられ、前記オフボー
    ドチヤージヤが主電池に接続された時に前記切替
    スイツチを開放する切替スイツチ制御手段と、 を含むことを特徴とする電気自動車用充電装置
    。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の装
    置において、前記切替スイツチ制御手段は２個の
    オフ接点を有し、これらが互いに短絡されること
    により前記切替スイツチを開放することを特徴と
    する電気自動車用充電装置。 (3) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第２項に記載の装
    置において、前記切替スイツチはリレーコイル及
    びリレー接点を有し、リレーコイルへの電流のオ
    ン・オフを直流用コネクタの接点のオン・オフに
    より行うことを特徴とする電気自動車用充電装置
    。
