Claims (1)
- 厚さ方向に着磁した少なくとも１ケ以上の中空
円筒状または、平板状の永久磁石を棒状または平
板状のセンターヨークに対して前記永久磁石の同
極が向かい合うように一定の間隔を隔てて対向し
て配置し、前記永久磁石の外側に外ヨークを設け
、前記センターヨークと磁気的に短絡して磁気回
路を構成し、前記センターヨークを囲むように駆
動コイルを配置し、コイルに電流を流したとき生
ずる往復運動駆動力を利用するボイスコイル型リ
ニア直流モータにおいて前記駆動コイルは可動テ
ーブルと連動可能に連結されているリニア直流モ
ータ。
