石、３：センターヨーク、４，４′：外ヨーク、
５：コイルホルダー、６：リニア摺動系、７：可
動テーブル、８：リテーナ、９：鋼球、４１，４
１′：ガイド溝（固定側）、７１，７１′：ガイ
ド溝（可動側）。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 厚さ方向に着磁した少なくとも１枚以上の平板
    状の永久磁石を平板状のセンターヨークに対して
    前記永久磁石の同極が向かい合うように一定の間
    隔を隔てて対向して配置し、前記永久磁石の外側
    にヨーク板を設け、前記センターヨークと磁気的
    に短絡して磁気回路を構成し、前記センターヨー
    クを囲むように駆動コイルを配置し、コイルに電
    流を流したとき生ずる往復運動駆動力を利用する
    ボイスコイル型リニア直流モータにおいて、前記
    外ヨークのモータストローク長方向に少なくとも
    １本以上のガイド溝を設け、前記駆動コイルと連
    動するように連結した可動テーブルにガイド溝を
    、前記外ヨークのガイド溝と同数本、対向するよ
    うに設けてなるリニア直流モータ。
