Claims (1)
- 入力端子に加えられた直流電圧を主トランジス
タによつて断続制御してパルス電圧を発生させ、
該パルス電圧を整流平滑して所定の直流出力電圧
を得るスイツチング電源回路において、主トラン
ジスタのベース・エミツタ間に第２のトランジス
タを接続し、主トランジスタがオンのとき第２の
トランジスタがオフし、主トランジスタがオフの
とき第２のトランジスタがオンするように構成す
るとともに、第２のトランジスタのベースを、第
１の抵抗を介して入力端子に接続し、かつ該ベー
スを第２の抵抗とダイオードの直列回路を介して
第２のトランジスタのエミツタに接続したことを
特徴とするスイツチング電源回路。
