Claims (1)
- 出力用トランジスタのコレクタおよびエミツタ
を介して負荷に直流を供給し、この出力用トラン
ジスタのベース電位を一定に保持することによつ
て、上記直流の電圧を安定化するトランジスタ直
列型の定電圧電源回路において、出力側にベース
を直結する制御用トランジスタを設け、出力側が
接地状態となつたときには、この制御用トランジ
スタを介して、出力用トランジスタのベース電極
を接地状態とすることを特徴とする定電圧電源回
路。
