熱室内に、被殺菌物包装体が収納されたマイクロ
波透過可能な耐熱性および耐圧性を有する材料か
らなる支持体を搬送通過させると共に、前記被殺
菌物の加熱温度を測定する赤外線温度センサーを
設けたマイクロ波加熱殺菌装置において、前記支
持体に前記センサー用の測定窓を透設し、前記支
持体の内側の前記測定窓を含む前記被殺菌物包装
体との接触面にマイクロ波を透過し、耐熱・耐圧
性(曲げ強度)を有し、かつ熱伝導性が高く、赤
外線放射率が0.90以上の不透明な薄剛板を取
りつけたマイクロ波加熱殺菌装置。 (2) 支持体に取り付ける薄剛板の材質がセラミ
