第１図は本考案を適用した地下式低温貯槽の全
体構成を示す断面図、第２図はその躯体と天井部
との取合部近傍の構成を示す斜視図、第３図は従
来の地下式低温貯槽の断面図、第４図はその躯体
と天井部との取合部近傍の構成を示す斜視図であ
る。 １…貯槽躯体、２…メンブレン、３…屋根、４
…吊デツキ、５，６，７…断熱材、９…波返し、
９′…波返し円筒状部、１０…ガスシールプレー
ト、１１，１１′…波返し固定ボルト、１２…断
熱層、１３…コルゲーシヨン。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 液化天然ガス等の低温液を貯蔵する地下式
    貯槽の屋根部構造において、 貯槽内液面からの高さが大規模地震時にスロツ
    シングの影響を受けない高さに設けられた吊デツ
    キと、 鉄筋コンクリート躯体内面に接続される円筒状
    部と、該円筒状部と上記吊デツキとを円滑に接続
    する球環状部とより成る殻構造の波返しとを有し
    、 上記波返しの円筒状部は縦方向の熱伸縮が可能
    な如く躯体にボルトで固定され、かつ周方向の熱
    伸縮が可能な構造を有し、 上記波返しと屋根との間の空気は気密構造とさ
    れ断熱材が充填されており、躯体近傍の波返しと
    屋根との間にはガスシールプレートが設けられて
    いることを特徴とする地下式低温貯槽の屋根部構
    造。 (2) 上記波返しの円筒状部の周方向の熱伸縮を
    可能とする構造が、該円筒状部に縦方向に延設さ
    れた適数本のコルゲーシヨンであることを特徴と
    する実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の屋根
    部構造。 (3) 上記波返しの円筒状部を縦方向の熱伸縮可
    能に躯体にボルトで固定する構造が、縦方向に直
    列配置され、周方向に等間隔に設けられたボルト
    の各縦の列のボルトの１本のみが躯体と波返し円
    筒状部とに固定され、他は躯体と波返しとのいず
    れか一方にのみ固定されていることを特徴とする
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の屋根部構
    造。
