Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 液体の通過通路に一対の電極を設け、この
電極間に導電性の液体が接触することにより、該
液体の通過を感知するものにおいて、前記電極の
少なくとも一方のものに、絶縁性と疎水性を有す
るコーテイング材を多数の細孔ないし小間隙が生
ずるようにコーテイングするとともに、このコー
テイングした電極の周囲を絶縁性と疎水性を有す
る多孔質の被覆材で覆つたことを特徴とする、液
体感知センサー。 (2) 前記電極が前記通路に他の部材の通過を妨
げない程度に設けた窪所内に設置されていること
を特徴とする、実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記
載の液体感知センサー。 (3) 前記電極の一方が通路それ自体であること
を特徴とする、実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記
載の液体感知センサー。 (4) 前記被覆材が不織布であることを特徴とす
る、実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の液体感
知センサー。
