With the ring that has a locking claw on the inside inserted into the receiver, insert the corrugated conduit into the receiver and engage the recessed valley of the corrugated conduit with the locking claw of the ring. It is common to have a configuration that prevents this from happening. However, in this case, once the corrugated conduit was connected to the receiver, the corrugated conduit could not be removed from the receiver without destroying the receiver itself. Therefore, if the corrugated electric conduit is connected incorrectly, the corrugated electric conduit cannot be removed from the receiver, which is extremely troublesome.

A connecting device for corrugated conduit is provided that allows the corrugated conduit to be removed from the receiver very easily, and that can reliably connect the corrugated conduit to the receiver when there is no need to remove the corrugated conduit. It is on offer.

It may also be used as a coupling or connector; in short, it is sufficient if a corrugated conduit can be inserted therethrough.
The receiving tube 1 has an opening 2 through which a corrugated electric conduit is inserted.

This has alternating peaks 3a and valleys 3b, and the tip of the corrugated conduit 3 is inserted from the opening 2 toward the inside of the receiving tube 1, whereby the corrugated conduit 3 and the receiving tube 1 are connected. In the example shown in the drawings, the widths of the peaks 3a and valleys 3b are each about 2 mm. Note that 9 is the side wall of the valley 3b, and 11 is the ridgeline of the mountain 3a.

In the example shown in the figure, they are formed in series so that the amount of protrusion decreases from the opening 2 side toward the side opposite to the opening 2. In other words, the amount of protrusion on the side opposite to the opening 2 is L 1
The amount of protrusion on the opening 2 side is L2 , which is larger than L1 ( L1 < L2 ), and the large protrusion of the locking pawl 4 formed by the tapered part 6 is 4a, The small protrusion is designated as 4b. The tapered portion 6 in the present invention includes the example shown in FIG. 9 in addition to the example shown in FIG. That is, the tapered portion 6 in the example shown in FIG. 9 is formed so that the amount of protrusion of the locking pawl 4 on the side opposite to the opening 2 is made small, and the amount of protrusion of the locking pawl 4 on the side of the opening 2 is made small. , and has a horizontal portion 6a at the boundary between the two.

That is, in the case of the embodiment shown in FIG. 7, the corrugated electric conduit 3 is inserted into the receiving tube 1 by pushing it with fingers or the like. In this inserted state, the locking pawl 4 is depressed into the concave valley 3b of the corrugated conduit 3, as shown in FIG. Corrugated conduit 3

In the case of the example in which the locking pawl 4 is inclined by α with respect to the axis 5 as shown in Fig.
While turning the corrugated conduit 3 to the inside of the receiver 1 (arrow 1

Then, the large protruding portion 4a of the locking pawl 4 formed by the tapered portion 6 comes into contact with the side wall 9 of the valley 3b of the corrugated conduit 3, as shown in FIG. 5, and is locked. Therefore, even if the corrugated electric conduit 3 is pulled in the opposite direction of the arrow 10, that is, toward the front, the corrugated electric conduit 3 will not come off, and the connection between the corrugated electric conduit 3 and the receiver 1 will be ensured. .

As shown in the figure, if the locking claw 4 is
Even when it is touching the ridgeline 11 of a, if you push the corrugated conduit 3 with a twist in the right direction (in the direction of arrow 8), the tapered part 6 of the locking pawl 4 will move down the ridgeline 11. It works like this. As a result, as shown in FIG.
As a result, the large protruding part 4a of the locking pawl 4 formed by the tapered part 6 is locked against the side wall 9 of the valley 3b as shown in FIG. The connection of the cylinder 1 becomes reliable. The reason why the tapered part 6 of the locking pawl 4 acts as if it were going down the ridgeline 11 is that the taper part 6 is provided at the protruding end of the locking pawl 4, and the protrusion of the locking pawl 4 on the side opposite to the opening 2 is This is due to the fact that the amount is small.

ができる。 On the other hand, when removing the corrugated conduit 3 from the receiver 1, in the case where the locking pawl 4 is inclined by α with respect to the axis 5 as shown in FIG.
Turn it to the left (counter-arrow 8 direction) and pull it towards you (counter-arrow 10 direction). Then, the taper part 6
The small protruding portion 4b of the locking pawl 4 formed by this acts as if climbing the ridgeline 11 of the mountain 3a of the corrugated electric conduit 3. At this time, the locking claw 4 and receiver 1
The corrugated electric conduit 3 may be bent and deformed, so it is desirable that they be made of synthetic resin so that they can be deformed to some extent. As the corrugated conduit 3 continues to be turned to the left, the tapered portion 6 of the locking pawl 4 gradually climbs the ridgeline 11 of the peak 3a of the corrugated conduit 3 and reaches the sixth point.
The state shown in the figure will be reached. The reason why the tapered part 6 of the locking claw 4 climbs the ridge line 11 of the mountain 3a of the corrugated conduit 3 in this way is that the tapered part 6 is provided at the protruding end of the locking claw 4, and the opposite opening 2 of the locking claw 4 is formed. This is due to the fact that the amount of side protrusion is small. If the tapered part 6 of the locking pawl 4 is made to climb the ridgeline 11 of the peak 3a of the corrugated conduit 3 in this way, then if the corrugated conduit 3 is pulled toward you (in the direction opposite to the arrow 10), The corrugated electric conduit 3 can be removed from the receiver 1.

き抜くこともできる。 The procedure for connecting and removing the corrugated electric conduit 3 in the embodiment shown in FIG. 9 will now be described. That is, in the case of this embodiment, the tapered portion 6 is
Since the locking claw 6 is formed so that the amount of protrusion on the side opposite to the opening 2 is small, and the amount of protrusion of the locking claw 6 on the side opposite to the opening 2 is small, the corrugated conduit 3 can be placed in the receiver. 1
Since the corrugated conduit 3 can be inserted by turning it either to the left or to the right, insertion of the corrugated conduit 3 is easy and convenient. In the case of this embodiment, as shown in FIG.
It falls into the valley 3b and is locked against the side wall 9 of the valley 3b. Also, when removing the corrugated electric conduit 3 from the receiver 1, the corrugated electric conduit 3 can be pulled out toward the front while turning the corrugated electric conduit 3 either to the left or to the right.
