(Prior Art) Various connectors of this type have been provided in order to reliably connect the flexible conduit to the connector with a simple operation, but in all cases, once the flexible conduit Once the conduit is connected to the connector, removal of the flexible conduit becomes either difficult or cumbersome. For this reason, when connecting a flexible conduit to a wire box via a connector at a construction site, for example, if the flexible conduit is cut longer or shorter than the length actually used, the flexible conduit There was a problem in that it was extremely troublesome to remove the connector from the connector, and the connection work could not be performed quickly.

An engagement hole is formed in which the side surface of the hole on the wire box side gradually slopes downward toward the side surface of the hole opposite to this side surface.
Flexible wires are provided at predetermined intervals in the circumferential direction, and are connected to the inner surface of the peripheral wall located between the engagement holes by being inserted through an opening on the opposite side to the wire box side through a second connector. A thick wall portion having an inner diameter slightly larger than the outer diameter of the tube is provided, and the second connector further has arm portions formed at a predetermined angular interval corresponding to the engagement hole in the annular base, and the arms an engaging portion that engages with the engaging hole is formed at the tip of the portion, and a tip end surface of the engaging portion is formed into a tapered surface along an inclined surface of a side surface of the wire box side hole of the engaging hole; An engaging pawl that engages with at least the trough of the flexible conduit tube is formed on either the inner surface of the arm portion or the inner surface of the engaging portion.

4 is a second connector made of resin. This second connector 4 has a peripheral wall portion 2 of the first connector 2 on one side of an annular base 41 through which the flexible conduit 3 is inserted.
2a, the arm portion 42 is inserted from the opening 24 on the side opposite to the wire box A side of the first connector 2,
Three pieces are integrally formed to protrude in correspondence with the spacing between the respective engagement holes 23..., and an engagement part 43 that engages with the engagement hole 23 is integrally formed at the tip of each arm part 42... At the same time, the distal end surface 43a of each engaging portion 43 is connected to one hole side surface 23a of the engaging hole 23.
It is formed into a tapered surface along the inclined surface. Further, the rear surfaces 43b of each of the engaging portions 43 are formed to be inclined in the same direction as the tapered surfaces of the tip surfaces 43a. Furthermore, a pair of wedge-shaped engaging claws 44 are integrally formed on the inner surfaces of the engaging portions 43, respectively, and engage with the troughs 31, 31 so as to straddle the peaks 32 of the flexible conduit 3. When the engaging claws 44, 44 engage with the troughs 31, 31 of the flexible electrical conduit 3, they will not come off to the right in the figure. Note that the base 41 of the second connector 4 is connected to the first connector as shown in FIG.

In this way, the connection of the flexible conduit 3 to the second connector 4 and the connection of the second connector 4 to the first connector 2 only require insertion work, and the work can be carried out extremely efficiently. be able to. When the tensile force acting on the flexible conduit 3 is large, the inward diameter reduction displacement of each engaging portion 43 increases, and the movable conduit 3 follows this.
However, from the state shown in Fig. 5 to the state shown in Fig. 6,
If the first connector 2 is bent and deformed into the space where each engagement claw 44 is not provided, the engagement relationship between the engagement hole 23 and the engagement portion 43 is released, and the first connector 2 is flexible. The second connector 4 would come off while the conduit 2 is still engaged, but since the thick wall portion 25 is placed in that space, this deflection can be prevented, and the flexible conduit 3 can be prevented from deflecting. Even if a large tensile force is applied, the flexible electrical conduit 3 can be reliably prevented from being pulled out.

In addition, if you accidentally cut the length of the flexible conduit 3 at a construction site and want to remove the flexible conduit 3, press the base 41 of the second connector 4 in the direction C in the figure. do it. Then, the taper of the distal end surface 43a of each engaging portion 43 causes the diameter to expand outward along the hole side surface 23a of the engaging hole 23 of the second connector 4, and each engaging portion 43... The mating claws 44 separate from the valleys 31 of the flexible conduit 3 and close the flexible conduit 3.
can be easily pulled out. In this way, the flexible electrical conduit 3 can be easily pulled out by pressing the base 41 of the second connector 4, and the connection work can be easily corrected.

In this case, when a large tensile force is applied to the flexible conduit 3 in the pulling direction, the flexible conduit 3 itself tends to be bent and deformed as it attempts to disengage from each engaging claw 44, as shown in FIG. However, by blocking the bending with the thick wall portion 25, the flexible electrical conduit 3 can be reliably prevented from being pulled out.

Further, in the embodiment described above, the engaging claw 44 is connected to the engaging portion 4.

(Effect of the invention) As described above, according to the invention, if the flexible conduit is inserted through the base of the second connector and exposed to the inner surface of the arm part and the engaging part, the second connector can be opened. The engaging claw engages with the trough of the flexible conduit, and when the engaging portion of the second connecting device is inserted into the peripheral wall of the first connecting device and engaged with the engaging hole, the second connecting device is connected. is connected to the first connector. Therefore, the work of connecting the flexible conduit to the connector can be performed extremely efficiently by only inserting the conduit. Moreover, since the engaging claw of the second connector engages with the trough of the flexible electrical conduit, it is possible to reliably prevent the flexible electrical conduit from coming off.

In addition, even when a large tensile force is applied to the connected flexible conduit, the inner surface of the inner wall located between the engagement holes of the first connector has a diameter slightly larger than the outer diameter of the flexible conduit. Since the thick portion of the inner diameter is provided, the flexible electrical conduit itself is prevented from being bent and deformed in an attempt to come off from the first connector, and the flexible electrical conduit can be reliably prevented from coming off.

Furthermore, even if a situation arises where you want to separate the flexible conduit from the connector at a construction site, if you press the base of the second connector toward the wire box, the engaging portion will expand and the engaging claw will open. The engagement relationship between the conduit and the trough of the flexible conduit is released, and the flexible conduit can be easily pulled out from the second connector. Therefore, even when the connection is to be corrected at the construction site, this can be done easily and quickly.

A circumferentially predetermined engagement hole is provided in the circumferential wall of the cylindrical first connector that connects to the wire box, so that the side surface of the hole on the wire box side gradually slopes downward toward the side surface of the hole opposite to this side surface. The outer diameter of the flexible conduit is inserted and connected to the inner surface of the peripheral wall portion located at intervals between the engagement holes through the second connector from the opening on the opposite side to the wire box side. The second connector is provided with a thick wall portion having a slightly larger inner diameter, and the second connector has arm portions formed at predetermined angular intervals corresponding to the engagement holes on the annular base portion, and a tip of the arm portion. An engaging portion that engages with the engaging hole is formed, and the distal end surface of the engaging portion is formed into a tapered surface along the inclined surface of the side surface of the wire box side hole of the engaging hole, and the inner surface of the arm portion is formed. and a connecting tool for connecting a flexible electrical conduit and a wire box, characterized in that an engaging claw is formed on one of the inner surfaces of the engaging portion to engage with at least a valley portion of the flexible electrical conduit.
