ミツク部品を中央に貫通孔を有するセラミツク外
囲器部品の貫通孔に嵌合させてフリツトガラスに
より接合した複合部品と、セラミツク中空パイプ
とを交互に連結した放電細管部を有するイオンレ
ーザ管において、前記セラミツク部品およびセラ
ミツク外囲器部品の少なくとも一方の接合面に溝
部を設け、この溝部にフリツトガラスを入れて接
合したことを特徴とするイオンレーザ管。 (2) 前記セラミツク部品は炭化ケイ素製であり
、前記セラミツク外囲器部品は窒化アルミニウム
