の金属化層を有しない面取り部を形成し、この面
取り部を有する側のエンドリングは、上記絶縁筒
とろう付されない端部を、上記絶縁筒の内壁側に
まで伸ばすとともに、その伸びた部分と上記絶縁
筒内壁との間隙寸法は０．３mm以上３mm以下の寸
法範囲で近接させたことを特徴とする真空バルブ
