  1. スクリーン面に対して洗浄液が斜めに衝突する
    洗浄液の吐出角度を有し、スクリーン面にほぼ平
    行な面内を回転する自転式ノズルと、前記自転式
    ノズルに回転ジヨイントを介して洗浄液を供給す
    る洗浄液導管と、前記自転式ノズルとスクリーン
    面間の距離を連続的に変えるアクチユエータとか
    らなる平面型スクリーンの洗浄装置。
