て、上記操作ハンドルの支点口側に、前面から上
面を開口したカバー９を固定し、該カバーの後端
に横断面略〓形状の集塵カバー１１の後端を、上
記操作ハンドルの支点と同一支点上において昇降
動可能に、かつバネ１３によりセフテイガード側
へ付勢して回転刃の昇降動作に追従するよう軸支
し、該集塵カバーの先端部に切設した切欠溝１４
により上記回転刃を挾み込むよう設けてなること
