Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ボイラー内に米を浸す浸し用容器と米を蒸炊す
    るホツパーとを交換可能に装着する食品調理機に
    おいて、前記浸し用容器の底部に設けられる排水
    孔と、この排水孔を開閉可能な排水弁と、前記浸
    し用容器を上下に仕切るよう前記底部上方に設け
    られる水切り体とを備え、浸し中は前記排水孔を
    閉止し水切り中は前記排水孔を開放することを特
    徴とする食品調理機。
