、１６は蒸気孔、１７は補助蒸気孔、１８は開閉体、２
４は開閉体、２５は操作部材である。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　ボイラタンクとこれの上方に連設された桶収容部並
    びにこの桶収容部に収容されて取付部材により前記ボイ
    ラタンクに取付けられ底部に蒸気孔を有する桶とを具備
    し、前記ボイラタンクからの蒸気によって前記桶内の収
    容食品の蒸し加熱とイースト発酵加熱とを選択的に行な
    い得る様にしたものにおいて、前記取付部材に、前記桶
    と桶収容部との間を前記ボイラタンクの内部と連通させ
    る補助蒸気孔を形成すると共に、前記補助蒸気孔を開閉
    する開閉体を設けたことを特徴とする食品加工機。 ２　開閉体はその操作部材を機外に延ばして有すること
    を特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の食
    品加工機。
