Claims (1)
- 本体ケース内の中ケース内に焼き型兼用のねり
容器を着脱自在に装着し、このねり容器底部にシ
ヤフトを貫設し、このシヤフトにハネを着脱自在
に嵌合し、本体ケース内にハネの駆動手段と、パ
ンの材料を加熱する加熱手段と、あらかじめ設定
された制御条件にそつてハネの駆動手段と加熱手
段を制御する制御手段を備えてなる自動製パン機
において、前記ハネ７の軸受部７ａの胴側壁に貫
通孔７ｂを設け、この貫通孔７ｂに弾性を有した
可動自在な係止金具２５を軸受部７ａ中心側へ突
起２５ａが出るように装着するとともに、この突
起２５ａに合わせてシヤフト６の胴側面周上に溝
６ａを設けたことを特徴とする自動製パン機。
