Claims (1)
- パン材料を粘土状の生地に形成する撹拌羽根を
備えた製パン器において、回転軸に撹拌羽根を取
付ける軸カバーを備え、前記撹拌羽根を軸芯方向
に着脱自在に前記軸カバー上端に嵌着させると共
に、前記羽根の下降を規制する段部を該羽根の内
孔に設けたことを特徴とする製パン器の撹拌装置
。
