- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 燃焼炉より排出される排ガスのＮＯｘ，ＳＯｘ
，ＨＣｌ等の分析をする計測器の試料採取部を自
動洗浄するものにおいて、 前記試料採取部の排ガス導管内に洗浄液を導く
注入管と、前記注入管に前記洗浄液を注入する注
入作動部と、前記洗浄液を貯蔵するタンクと、前
記注入作動部を定期的に作動させるタイマーとを
備えたことを特徴とする排ガス分析計自動洗浄装
置。
