の六硼化物若しくは四硼化物の単体又は混合物よ
り成る保護層を形成したことを特徴とするギヤツ
プスイツチ。 (2) 保護層が、モリブデン、タングステン若し
くは表面にアルミナの薄層が形成されたアルミニ
ウムの単体又は混合物を含有することを特徴とす
る実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項に記載のギヤツ
プスイツチ。 (3) 希土類元素の六硼化物が、六硼化ランタン
であることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲
第1項又は第2項に記載のギヤツプスイツチ。 (4) 保護層が、プラズマ溶射層であることを特
徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項乃至第3
