Claims (1)
- 溶融ハンダを貯溜したハンダ槽内に配設された
ガイド手段に沿つて、その非有効領域が保持され
た基板を溶融ハンダに浸漬し、ハンダ槽から基板
を引き上げる際、熱風噴出ノズルにより基板両面
に熱風を噴き付けて余剰なハンダを除去するハン
ダデイツプコータにおいて、前記ガイド手段を、
細い棒材を基板搬送方向と平行に密なる間隔で多
数並設した、少なくとも一対のガイドバーで構成
するとともに、それらガイドバーの間隔を熱風噴
出ノズル付近で最も狭くなるよう構成したハンダ
デイツプコータの基板ガイド機構。
