【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は船尾用揚網サイドローラー装置に関す
るものである。

従来のこの種の揚網サイドローラー装置は旋網
本船の舷側に沿つてほぼ全長に渡つて設けられる
が、舷側最後部に設置されるネツトホーラーと揚
網サイドローラー装置の最後部との間には投網の
ためのフラツトスペースを必要とする関係上、そ
のスペース分だけ揚網サイドローラー装置を短く
する必要がある。ところがネツトホーラー近くの
このフラツトスペース部分は揚網の際特に複雑な
魚締作業を必要とする関係上これまでは多くの人
力と労力を要するという問題があつた。そこでか
かる問題を解消すべく各種の補助揚網サイドロー
ラー装置が考案され実験が行なわれているが、い
ずれも不使用時(投網時)に旋網本船の床板を取
り外して本船内に収納しておき、使用時(揚網
時)に本船内より取り出して舷側にセツトする形
式のものであつたため、床板の脱着及び装置の出
し入れ作業に多くの時間と労力を必要とし極めて
面倒であり、実際上使用されていないのが現状で
ある。

の構造を提供せんとするものであり、その要旨と
するところは、両端部を軸受台により回転自在に
支持され、かつ油圧モーターを内蔵した固定側回
転筒内に可動側回転筒を伸縮自在なる状態に挿入
し、可動側回転筒の自由端側を車輪により移動可
能なエルボー管状軸受台に対し回転自在な状態に
支持させると共に、軸受台とエルボー管状軸受台
との間を互いに伸縮自在な状態に係合する複数本
のガイドバーにて連結し、かつ可動側回転筒を伸
縮させる油圧シリンダーを軸受台とエルボー管状
軸受台との間に設け、両回転筒内中心部には互い
に伸縮自在に係合するスプライン状の回転伝達筒
を取り付けて成ることを特徴とする船尾用揚網サ
イドローラー装置にある。

伴つて移動し得る様にその底面に移動用車輪6を
備えている。油圧モーター5はその本体部5′側
を固定側回転筒1に、回転軸5″側を左側の軸受
台3にそれぞれ取り付けをなすことにより、この
油圧モーター5を介して固定側回転筒1の左側端
が軸受台3に対し回転自在に支持されると共に、
右側端は軸受台3′に対しメタル7を介して回転
自在な状態に支持しており、又同じく可動側回転
筒2の自由端側もエルボー管状軸受台4に対しメ
タル7′を介して回転自在な状態に支持している。
又、可動側回転筒2の基端部外周面と、軸受台
3′の軸受内周面にはそれぞれOリング8,8′が
装着されている。

1内に押し込むことにより再びフラツトスペース
が容易に形成され、投網作業が行なえる状態にな
るものである。
