Claims (1)
- 蒸発装置の内部を観察する鏡面において、研摩
された金属箔またはＮｉか、Ａｌを蒸着したＳＵ
Ｓ板の薄板で、少なくとも２回分の使用に供し得
る連続した長さを有する連続体鏡面と、該連続体
鏡面の使用済み鏡面を移動させることにより新し
い鏡面に置きかえる供給・巻取装置とを具備して
なることを特徴とする内部観察用鏡面の交換装置
。
