端に駆動源が設けられ、かつ、他端に前記回転体
が取付けられた軸を、貫通した状態で配設すると
ともに、この軸と前記槽との間にセグメントシー
ルを配設し、前記軸の前記駆動源側に、前記セグ
メントシールに空気を吹込むための管を配設し、
該管に吹込まれた空気が前記セグメントシールを
通つて前記槽の内部に流入することを特徴とする
