圧縮された気体を供給して昇圧状態とする気体供
給用弁と、前記吸着塔内の気体を排出して減圧状
態とする第1、第2の気体排出用弁と、夫々該第
1、第2の気体排出用弁を介して該吸着塔に接続
された第1、第2のシリンダ室と、該第1の気体
排出用弁の開弁により該吸着塔内の圧縮気体を導
入されて第1のシリンダ室内を摺動する第1のピ
ストンと、該第1のピストンに連結され第1のピ
ストンの摺動とともに第2のシリンダ室内を摺動
し該第2のシリンダ室内に真空を発生させる第2
のピストンとよりなり、前記第2の気体排出用弁
の開弁により前記吸着塔の気体を真空とされた第
2のシリンダ室に排出する構成とした気体分離装
