Claims (1)
- 内部に吸着剤を充填した吸着塔と、該吸着塔に
圧縮された気体を供給して昇圧状態とする気体供
給用弁と、前記吸着塔内の気体を排出して減圧状
態とする第１、第２の気体排出用弁と、夫々該第
１、第２の気体排出用弁を介して該吸着塔に接続
された第１、第２のシリンダ室と、該第１の気体
排出用弁の開弁により該吸着塔内の圧縮気体を導
入されて第１のシリンダ室内を摺動する第１のピ
ストンと、該第１のピストンに連結され第１のピ
ストンの摺動とともに第２のシリンダ室内を摺動
し該第２のシリンダ室内に真空を発生させる第２
のピストンとよりなり、前記第２の気体排出用弁
の開弁により前記吸着塔の気体を真空とされた第
２のシリンダ室に排出する構成とした気体分離装
置。
