Generally, a resectoscope is constructed by inserting an optical viewing tube and an electrode rod into a sheath. The electrode rod is connected to an operating slider provided on the hand side, and can be moved back and forth in the front-back direction by moving the operating slider. By the way, as a means of fixing this electrode rod to the operating slider, there is a method of first inserting the proximal end of the electrode rod into the mounting hole of the slider, and then tightening and fixing the proximal end with a screw. Application No. 166059 (1982)

In addition, it is easy to tighten the screw too strongly by mistake, and in this case, the electrode rod is crushed and cannot be removed from the mounting hole.

This is provided with a member that holds the base end of the electrode rod, and this member is tightened with a screw to hold the base end. Therefore, the problem of the electrode rod being crushed is certainly solved to some extent, but since the electrode rod is attached and removed by operating a screw, it cannot be easily attached and detached.

In the present invention, an operating slider for moving the electrode back and forth is provided with an insertion hole into which the base end of the electrode is inserted, and the base end of the electrode inserted into the insertion hole is provided with a drop-in locking part. is provided with an electrode fixing member having a locking portion that is movable in a direction across the insertion hole and that falls into and locks in the drop-locking portion, and has an elastic member that urges the electrode fixing member in the drop-down direction. Further, at least one of the proximal end of the electrode and the electrode fixing member is provided with an inclined surface that abuts the other, so that when the electrode is inserted into the insertion hole, it resists the biasing force of the elastic member. This resectoscope is configured with an automatic engagement means that moves the electrode fixing member, climbs over the slope, and drops the locking portion into the locking recess.

Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 4, a locking recess 26 is formed in the lower side of the hardware part 25 and is cut out in the shape of a groove. A metal guide member 28 is fixedly installed in the operating slider 15 so as to cross the insertion hole 26.
A guide hole 29 is formed in this guide member 28 in a direction that crosses the insertion hole 26 . moreover,
An electrode fixing member 31 is slidably inserted into the guide hole 29, and an outer end 32 of the electrode fixing member 31 penetrates the button seat 33 and projects outward from the operating slider 15. . An operation button 34 is detachably attached to the outer end 32. Further, the button seat 33 is attached and fixed to the operation slider 15 in a watertight manner, and the electrode fixing member 31 is attached between the button seat 33 and the operation button 34 with the electrode fixing member 31 facing outward. A coil spring 35 as an elastic member is inserted. Further, the part of the electrode fixing member 31 that slides into the guide hole 29 is formed to have a larger diameter than the outer end 32, and the outer end of this large-diameter inner insertion part 36 hits the button seat 33. It is designed so that it does not protrude outward any further. Note that an O-ring 37 is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the button seat 33 to make the space between it and the operation button 34 watertight.

なつている。 On the other hand, an insertion hole 2 is provided in the side wall of the guide member 28.
An insertion hole 38 communicating with the electrode rod 6 is formed, and the metal part 25 of the electrode rod 3 is inserted into the guide hole 29 through this insertion hole 38.
Further, a locking hole 41 passing through the metal part 25 is formed in the insertion part 36 of the electrode fixing member 31. This locking hole 41 is formed in a size that allows the electrode fixing member 31 to be moved while the metal part 25 is inserted therethrough. The lower edge of this locking hole 41 (the side edge corresponding to the locking depression 27)
A locking portion 42 that falls into and locks the locking depression portion 27 is provided protrudingly on the. Further, as shown in FIG. 4, an inclined surface 43 is formed on the wall portion of the locking portion 42 on the insertion receiving side of the hardware portion 25. As shown in FIG. When the electrode rod 3 is inserted into the insertion hole 26, the tip of the metal part 25 hits this inclined surface 43.
By pushing in the electrode rod 3 as it is, the electrode fixing member 31 is pulled in against the biasing force of the coil spring 35 by its cam action. When the tip of the hardware part 25 climbs over the inclined surface 43, the coil spring 35 exerts a biasing force on the electrode fixing member 31, so that the locking part 42 moves over the locking depression part 27. automatically falls and locks. Further, if the operation button 34 is pressed and the electrode fixing member 31 is pushed in, the locking part 42 is retracted from the locking depression part 27, and if the electrode rod 3 is pulled in this state, it can be pulled out from the insertion hole 26. It's becoming like that.
