部のクロスパイプが該両フオーク部材に形成した
透孔に挿通されるようにセツトした状態で該両フ
オーク部材の端部をトツプパツチを介して溶接し
て成るフロントフオークを第１溶接治具上で受取
つて、該フロントフオークを、該クロスパイプの
両端と該両フオーク部材とを溶接する第２溶接治
具上に該ステムパイプが該トツプパツチの内側部
に納まるように該ステムパイプを垂下状態から水
平向きに起してセツトする移載装置において、該
第１溶接治具の上方位置と該第２溶接治具の上方
位置とに往復動自在で且つ昇降自在な可動枠を設
けると共に、該可動枠にフロントフオークをクロ
スパイプの両端部において把持する把持具を設け
、更に該可動枠の往動軌跡の中間部下方に該把持
具に把持されたフロントフオークのステムパイプ
に当接するガイド部材を設けたことを特徴とする
