積層し、光入射側の前段にアモルフアス系光起電
力素子を配置すると共に、夫々の光起電力素子の
受光面側及び背面側に電極を設けた積層型光起電
力装置において、上記絶縁体を挾んで対向するア
モルフアス系光起電力素子の背面側電極と結晶系
光起電力素子の受光面側電極は光通過部を備えた
金属電極から構成されていることを特徴とした積
