Claims (1)
- ヒータを備える焼成ケースと、該焼成ケース内
に挿脱されるパン焼型と、該パン焼型温度もしく
は焼成ケース内雰囲気温度を検出する温度検出手
段と、該温度検出手段のデータに基づき前記ヒー
タのＯＮ、ＯＦＦを制御するヒータ通電制御手段
とを備え、パン焼き工程時に前記温度検出手段に
よる検出温度がヒータ通電開始より所定時間内に
所定温度に達した時は、パン焼き工程を中止する
ことを特徴とするパン焼成装置。
