Claims (1)
- 油入電気機器本体を収納しているタンクの一部
に、油の流入を遮断するポリイミド膜によつて隔
離されたガス室を設け、前記ガス室の内部に、ガ
ラス基板の表面に３酸化タングステン膜を、その
表面にパラジウム膜を形成してなるセンサを設置
し、更に前記センサに照射しようとする光を導く
照射用ガラスフアイバーと、照射された前記光の
透過光または反射光を受光する受光用ガラスフア
イバーとを設けてなり、この受光用ガラスフアイ
バーによつて受光する光の量から水素ガスの存在
を検出するようにしてなる油入電気機器用水素ガ
ス検出装置。
