Claims (1)
- 焦点調節用つまみと、光軸に直交する平面上に
おいてステージをＸ軸及びＹ軸方向に移動させる
Ｘ軸つまみ及びＹ軸つまみを備える光学顕微鏡に
おいて、接眼レンズ部に設けられた小型テレビカ
メラと、鏡体支持台をステージとする支持台兼ス
テージと、同ステージの上記Ｘ軸つまみ及びＹ軸
つまみの軸に結合される各サーボモータと、上記
焦点調節用つまみの軸に結合されるサーボモータ
と、上記小型テレビカメラに接続されるデスプレ
イ装置と、各サーボモータに接続される遠隔操作
装置とを備えてなることを特徴とする光学顕微鏡
装置。
