図の拡大断面図である。 図において、１はキヤリア、１ａはメツキ層、
２はセラミツク基板、２ａはメツキ層、２ｂは回
路パターン、３はハンダ層、４は比重小なる材料
のキヤリア、５はゴム状弾性体である。図中同一
あるいは相当部分には同一符号を付して示してあ
る。

Claims (1)
- セラミツク基板と上記セラミツク基板上に形成
した回路パターンとからなる集積回路と、上記集
積回路を固定するためのＡ系合金又はＭｇ系合
金材料を使用したキヤリアからなる集積回路にお
いて、上記集積回路パターン面の反対面と、上記
Ａ系合金又はＭｇ系合金材料を使用したキヤリ
アの一面との間を、ゴム状弾性体で充填したこと
を特徴とする集積回路。
