Conventionally, in order to transmit spindle rotation of a winder to a bobbin for thread winding, a socket or a ring body into which a spindle rotation drive unit is fitted is fitted into the lower inner surface of the bobbin body. Since this bobbin is fitted with a socket or ring body, an increase in weight is unavoidable, and since the socket or ring body is a molded product made of synthetic resin or metal, it is difficult to mold it. There is a problem in that an expensive mold is required, which increases costs.

A bobbin has been proposed in which a notch 15 is provided in the fitting hole 11 and a locking tool 14 that engages with the drive engagement surface of the spindle rotation drive unit is attached to the notch 15 (Utility Model Publication No. 54-28497). However, in this bobbin, the diameter of the fitting hole 11 at the lower end of the bobbin body expands due to the rotational stress and centrifugal force of the spindle, and the width of the notch 15 becomes wider, making it easy for the locking tool 14 to come off during rotation. There is a risk that the locking tool 14 may fly off, wind pressure due to rotation and centrifugal force may cause delamination at the notch 15, and this may spread and cause the surface paper to turn over. From locking tool 1
4 may come off, the rotation transmission function is likely to be lost due to these, and the relative positional relationship with the spindle rotation drive section has been taken into consideration.
4 and the notch 15 must be manufactured to fairly accurate dimensions, which poses problems such as increased costs.

As shown in FIG. 2, the bent portion can be formed into a curved shape, and the tip thereof can be shaped so as to bite into the inner surface, so that the metal member 8 can be firmly fixed to the bobbin body 1. In addition, the curved portion becomes an engaging portion with the spindle rotation drive unit 7, and the rotation of the spindle is smoothly transmitted to the bobbin.

In this example, the first
As in the case of the embodiment, the metal member 8 can be firmly fixed to the bobbin body, and the relatively long straight portion of the metal member 8 on the inner surface of the bobbin body serves as the spindle rotation drive unit. 7, the rotation of the spindle can be smoothly transmitted to the bobbin by eliminating vibration due to play in the engaging portion.

As described above, the bobbin for thread winding of the present invention has at least three substantially U-shaped wire metal members driven into the lower part of the bobbin body located in the spindle rotation drive part so that the protruding portions thereof penetrate the bobbin body. At the same time, the inner surface of the bobbin body of each metal member is configured to form a rotation conduction portion that serves as an engagement portion with the spindle rotation drive portion. The ring body can be omitted, making it possible to reduce the weight and cost of the bobbin, and the engagement of the inner surface of the bobbin body of each metal member with the spindle rotation drive section allows the spindle to rotate smoothly. You can tell the bobbin. Moreover, in the present invention, each metal member is fixed to the bobbin body by driving the protruding portion through the bobbin body, so that the fixation can be made strong, and the rotational stress of the spindle can be reduced. There is no risk that the metal member will come off the bobbin body due to centrifugal force or during transportation or handling, resulting in excellent safety and maintaining a good rotation transmission function. In addition, since each metal member is fixed to the bobbin body by driving the protruding portion through the bobbin body, a tongue-like shape is formed on the outer surface of the bobbin body during driving. There are effects such as being able to simultaneously fasten the members to form a thread stopper, or to simultaneously fasten appropriately shaped blocks to the inner surface of the bobbin body to adjust the engagement part.
