図の―線断面図である。 図面中、２は検知装置、４は電源、６は警報器
、８はリレー、２０は熱処理装置、２２はケーシ
ング、２４は通板路、２６は加熱装置、２８はガ
スクツシヨン、３０はプレナムチヤンバ、４４は
ノズルである。
処理装置の縦断面図、第２図は第１図の―線
断面図、第３図は従来の熱処理装置の縦断面図、
第４図は第３図の―線断面図、第５図は第４
図の―線断面図である。 図面中、２は検知装置、４は電源、６は警報器
、８はリレー、２０は熱処理装置、２２はケーシ
ング、２４は通板路、２６は加熱装置、２８はガ
スクツシヨン、３０はプレナムチヤンバ、４４は
ノズルである。
Claims (1)
- 帯板通板路の上流側から下流側へ帯板送給ロー
ルと、帯板加熱手段と、該帯板通板路を挾んでそ
の対向間隔が調節可能に設定された一対のガスク
ツシヨンノズルと、帯板強制冷却手段とを配置し
た帯板熱処理装置において、前記一対のガスクツ
シヨンノズルと前記帯板送給ロールとを電気的に
接続し、電源及び検知手段をこの接続配線中に設
置し、前記帯板通板路を通る帯板が前記ガスクツ
シヨンノズルに接触すると前記検知手段が当該帯
板の接触を検知するように構成したことを特徴と
する帯板接触検知装置。
