Claims (1)

【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 デイスクロータの両側に配設された一対の摩擦
パツドが押圧機構によつてそのデイスクロータに
押し付けられ、デイスクロータの回転を抑制する
デイスクブレーキにおいて、 一端が摩擦力により前記デイスクロータもしく
はデイスクロータとの軸方向の相対位置が不変の
部材と前記摩擦パツドとの一方に係合し、他端が
それら両者の他方に係合して、摩擦パツドをデイ
スクロータから離間する方向に付勢するばね部材
を設けるとともに、そのばね部材の弾性変形可能
量を非制動時におけるデイスクロータと摩擦パツ
ドとの適正間隙に対応する大きさに規制する規制
手段を設け、かつ、前記摩擦力を、ばね部材の弾
性変形が規制手段によつて規制されない状態では
前記一端の前記一方に対する移動を許容せず、規
制された状態では許容する大きさに設定したこと
を特徴とするデイスクブレーキ。
