Claims (1)
- ケーシング１に、冷媒の入口２と出口３を有す
る軸体４を回転可能に軸承し、該軸体４に、前記
冷媒の入口２と出口３に通じた冷媒通路５を有す
る混練羽根６を取付け、さらに前記軸体４の所定
箇所に回転式のカツター７を設けたことを特徴と
する食肉、練物用混練器。
