第１図は、本考案による外科用クリツプの著し
く拡大された斜視図であり、第２図は血管を締め
つける第１図のクリツプを示し、第３図は本考案
のクリツプの適用に有用な鉗子型適用具を示し、
第４図は鉗子型クリツプ適用具のジヨーの中に装
着された第１図の開いた状態のクリツプを示し、
第５図は適用具のジヨーの中で血管をはさんで閉
じられ、締結された第４図のクリツプを示す。 図中、１０……クリツプ、１１……第１脚部、
１２……第２脚部、１３……ヒンジ部、１４……
フツク部、２１，２２……ボス（ラグ）、２３…

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ クリツプ適用具を用いて適用するための吸収
    性または非吸収性のポリマー材料から製作された
    無菌の止血クリツプであつて： 該クリツプ適用具が、結紮すべき血管の周囲に
    該クリツプを保持しかつ配置するためのおよび該
    クリツプを閉じて該血管を結紮するための一対の
    ジヨーを具備し； 該クリツプが第１および第２の２個の脚部材か
    らなり、この両者の脚部材はそれらの基部側端部
    において弾性ヒンジにより接合され、両者の末端
    側の終端はラツチ手段になつており、各脚部材は
    それぞれ１つの外面と血管圧迫内面を有し、該血
    管圧迫内面は互いに相手方の脚部材の血管圧迫内
    面に向かい合つており； 該第１脚部材の末端はラツチ手段の部分におい
    て終端となり、該部分は該脚部材の内面から突き
    出た可撓性フツク部材からなり、該フツク部材の
    内面は該脚部材の内面から実質的に平行に離間し
    その端面は面取りしてこのフツク部材の内面と鋭
    角を形成し、該脚部材は、該血管圧迫内面の反対
    側の外面の部分に配備された１個の実質的に円筒
    形のボスを有し、該ボスは、その円筒の軸と共に
    該脚部材の幅全体に延設され、クリツプ適用具の
    第１ジヨー内部に回転的に嵌合しクリツプ閉鎖の
    間その位置に保持されるのに適し、かつ脚部材の
    基部側端部と末端側終端とから離間して設けられ
    ； 該第２脚部材の末端はラツチ手段の補足部分に
    おいて終端となり、該部分は該フツク部材の端面
    における鋭角と補角をなす第２の面取りした該第
    ２脚部材の端面からなり該第２の面取りは該第２
    脚部材の内面と鈍角を形成して該フツク部材を撓
    ませるのに適し、該第２脚部材は、該フツク部材
    の内面と該第１脚部材の内面との間の空間に入り
    込んでその端面が該フツク部材によつて閉じ込め
    られるのに適し、該血管圧迫内面の反対側の外面
    の部分に配備された１個の実質的に円筒形のボス
    を有し、該ボスは、その円筒の軸と共に該脚部材
    の幅全体に延設され、クリツプ適用具の第２ジヨ
    ー内部に回転的に嵌合しクリツプ閉鎖の間その位
    置に保持されるのに適しかつ該第１脚部材の該ボ
    スと実質的に向い合うごとく配置され； それらにより、クリツプ適用具の一対のジヨー
    がクリツプを挾み込んで閉じる際に該クリツプの
    両ボスがクリツプ適用具の両ジヨーの内部で回転
    し、該第１および第２脚部材を該ヒンジ手段の回
    りに旋回せしめ、該第２脚部材の末端側終端が、
    該第１脚部材のフツク部材を撓ませてこれと係合
    し、クリツプが閉じた状態に締結せしめ、両ジヨ
    ーの引き続く開放の際に該クリツプが解放される
    ことを特徴とする止血クリツプ。 ２ 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の止血
    クリツプであつて、該第１および第２脚部材の円
    筒形ボスの端面がそれぞれの脚部材の側面と同一
    平面上にある止血クリツプ。 ３ 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項または第２項
    に記載の止血クリツプであつて、該第２脚部材の
    盛り上がつた円筒形ボスが、少なくとも該フツク
    部材の内面の長さに相当する距離だけ、該脚部材
    の末端から離間させて設けられているのもの。 ４ 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項または第２項
    に記載の止血クリツプであつて、該第２脚部材の
    ラツチ手段の厚みが、該第２脚部材自体の厚みよ
    りも薄い止血クリツプ。 ５ 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項または第２項
    に記載の止血クリツプであつて、該第１脚部材内
    面が、該フツク部材とこの脚部材の内面との接合
    部付近においてアンダーカツトされているもの。 ６ 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項または第２項
    に記載の止血クリツプであつて、少なくとも１個
    の脚部材の外面の組合せ円筒形ボスとラツチ手段
    との間に切欠きが設けられ、クリツプ適用具の両
    ジヨーの中にクリツプを保持し易くしたもの。 ７ 実用新案登録請求の範囲第６項に記載の止血
    クリツプであつて、該第２脚部材のラツチ手段の
    厚みが該第２脚部材自体の厚みよりも薄く、該切
    欠きが、少なくとも１個の同一脚部材上の円筒形
    ボスおよびラツチ手段の両者に近接しており、ク
    リツプが閉じる際に該クリツプが該ジヨーの末端
    側終点の方向へ滑ることを防ぐようにした止血ク
    リツプ。
