The wet construction method is similar to the mounting structure of laminated precast concrete panels shown in Figures 7 and 8.
A binding material h is inserted into the assembly hole g used for assembling the panels, and mortar i is poured into it.
As the mortar hardens and develops strength, the mounting fittings f are integrated with the binding material h and the mortar i, and the panel is attached to the structural frame by connecting the mounting fittings to the panel support member. However, with this wet construction method, panels cannot be attached to the structural frame until the mortar has developed its strength, so if mortar is filled at the panel installation site, the construction efficiency is poor, and each panel is assembled one by one rather than in a laminated panel. When this method is applied, it takes time and effort to fill the narrow holes with mortar for each sheet. Furthermore, when mixing mortar at the panel installation site, quality control of the mortar is likely to be inadequate. In addition, with the dry method, the actual construction method shown in Figures 9 and 10 is
58-85008, the edge surface 1d of the outer wall panel 1
There is a method of attaching the panel by inserting a steel bar j into a hole 1c formed in the hole 1c, and overlaying a flat steel piece k of the steel bar j on the flange surface of the reinforcing steel l and welding and fixing it. Currently, this method is mainly used for installing above and below openings in buildings. in this case,
Since the flat steel pieces k are welded to the upper and lower opening reinforcing frames of the window sash that have not yet been assembled, welding work is easy and the welded parts can be inspected from the outside. However, when this method is applied as a construction method for general parts of buildings, the panels of each layer are built next to each other, so the welding work has to be done in the narrow space between the edges of the upper and lower layer panels, making it difficult and inefficient. It is also difficult to manage weld strength because welds cannot be inspected from the outside.

When installing the panel, the support 7 with a vertical notch formed in a predetermined position of the vertical flange 7b is fixed to the beam steel frame 8a in advance, and the weight receiving plate 6 is placed in a predetermined position of the vertical flange 7b. stick. All of the self-weight bearing plates 6 are attached in advance to the necessary positions, but they may be attached to predetermined positions after the lower panel 1B is erected and before the upper layer panel 1A is erected. Next, as shown in Fig. 3 1, a circular hole 1a is made in the long side edge surface 1e of the lower part of the panel in a direction perpendicular to that surface.
A metal fitting hole 1b is drilled from f to the hole 1a in a direction perpendicular to this surface. The hole 1a and the metal fitting hole 1b can be easily drilled with a hand-held electric drill commonly used at the construction site.

The holes 1a on the long sides of the panel may be drilled at the panel installation site or at the factory, but as shown in Figure 4, during the ALC panel manufacturing process, the reinforcing bars b constituting the panel are inserted into the formwork c. It is also possible to utilize the hole that remains in the product because the mortar d is not filled in the part of the setting rod a that is set in a predetermined position. If you use this hole, there is no need to drill holes at the panel installation site, and there is no need to set up a drilling process at the factory. Next, as shown in Fig. 3 1, the mounting bracket 3 is inserted into the hole 1a with the engagement hole 3a first, and placed with the screwed end 3b protruding from the panel indoor surface. do. The bar-shaped steel material 2 is inserted into the hole 1a and attached so as to pass through the engagement hole 3a. The diameter of the engagement hole 3a of this mounting bracket 3 is approximately equal to the outer diameter of the steel bar 2, and when the steel bar 2 passes through the engagement hole 3a, the mounting bracket 3 and the steel bar 2 are tightly engaged. It is integrated. Next, drill circular holes in two positions symmetrical to the widthwise center line of the panel in the short side face of the upper part of the panel in a direction perpendicular to that face. These holes may be drilled at the factory, but they can also be easily drilled with a hand-held electric drill that is commonly used at construction sites, so it can also be applied to panels whose lengths are adjusted by cutting at the panel installation site. In addition, by making the diameter of this hole larger at the edge of the panel as shown in Figure 5 2 and 3, the edge of the panel is more likely to be damaged locally in response to negative wind pressure applied to the panel. No stress occurs. As a result, it is possible to obtain a mounting strength that is about 25% higher than that of the mounting method shown in FIG. 51. Next, the panels are erected according to the procedure shown in FIG. 32. First, as shown, the panel is lifted up, the horizontal edge surface of the lower part of the panel is placed on the self-weight bearing plate 6, and the back surface of the lower part of the panel is brought into contact with the vertical flange of the metal support 7 from the outside of the plane. Next, as shown in the figure, the vertical flange of the bracket 7 is sandwiched between the lower mounting hardware 4 and the back of the panel, and the threaded end 3b of the mounting hardware 3 protruding from the back of the lower part of the panel is attached to the lower mounting bracket. It is attached so as to pass through the screw insertion hole 4a of the hardware 4, and the screwed end is tightened with a nut from the indoor side.

Next, remove the sling for lifting the panel,
The back surface of the upper part of the panel is brought into contact with the vertical flange of the bracket 7 on the upper floor. Furthermore, as shown in , raise the upper part of the panel in the in-plane direction so that it is adjacent to the panel that has been completely installed, and after positioning as shown in One end of the support steel rod 5 is dropped from above and fitted, and the other screwed end is inserted into a vertical notch formed in the vertical flange of the support 7, and fastened with the nut 3. Construction is completed as shown. The shape of the vertical notch formed on the vertical flange of the bracket may be just a loose hole, but by making it a vertical notch, the back of the panel can be brought into contact with the vertical flange of the bracket. Since the L-shaped supporting steel rod can be dropped into the container while keeping it in place, the work becomes very easy. By using the L-shaped support steel rod 5 with a threaded end at one end to attach the upper part of the panel, the panel can be easily attached to the bracket 7 by simply tightening a nut, and the upper horizontal edge surface of the panel It is possible to absorb accuracy errors in the out-of-plane direction of the formed circular hole 1c, to allow the back side of the panel to be completely connected to the vertical flange 7b of the bracket 7, and to fully absorb the positive wind pressure that the panel receives from the bracket. 7 can be conveyed.

In addition, in response to inter-story displacement of the steel frame during an earthquake,
As shown in Fig. 6 1, at the bottom of the panel, the mounting bracket 3 in the center is supported by a pin, and at the top of the panel, the L-shaped support steel rod 5 is supported by a pin, and the L-shaped support steel rod is inserted. Since the vertical notch 7a of the vertical flange 7b is loose in the vertical direction, the L-shaped support steel rod 5 rotates and moves up and down, causing the panel 1 to lock (rotate) around the self-weight bearing plate 6. movement), it is possible to follow the movement as shown in FIG. 6.

The present invention has the above-mentioned structure, and since it is a dry construction method that does not use wet materials such as mortar, it is easy to ensure construction quality, and the mortar filling work can be omitted. Construction efficiency is improved because there is no need to wait for the occurrence of the problem. Furthermore, since the panels can be attached to the structural frame by simply tightening nuts, construction is extremely easy and construction efficiency is high. Also,
The holes formed on the panel surface can be easily drilled with a hand-held electric drill that is commonly used at construction sites, so it can also be applied to panels whose length is adjusted by cutting at the panel installation site. Furthermore, since the panel can be rocked (rotated) around the lower mounting bracket, the panel has the function of rotating and following the inter-story displacement of the steel frame during an earthquake.
