電解質を加熱するヒータと、基準ガスを導入する
空孔部とをもつ酸素センサにおいて、 前記空孔部に強制的にガスを送り込む構造を設
けたことを特徴とする酸素センサ。 ２ 前記基準ガスに大気を用いる酸素センサにお
いて、 前記基準ガスとして前記大気よりも酸素分圧の
高いガスを用いることを特徴とする酸素センサ。
