点を示す図である。 尚、図面中、１１は反転アーム、１５はフレー
ム、１８は吸着装置、１９，２０はシリンダ、２
２は吸着盤、２８はガイドリング、３０はスチー
ルボールである。

Claims (1)
- 板ガラスを吸着する吸着盤を備えた吸着装置に
おいて、この吸着装置は吸着前に板ガラス表面よ
りも吸着盤を後退させておくシリンダユニツトと
、吸着後に吸着盤の動きを停止するロツク機構を
備えていることを特徴とするロツク機構付き吸着
装置。
