- 円筒部内周面と一端面に摺接回動する掻取羽根
を有する円筒状容器内にその軸線と平行に撹拌具
を有する撹拌軸を回転するように設けた食品撹拌
擂潰装置において、前記撹拌軸を突設した容器の
他端面の中心部に撹拌軸設置部を除いて補助掻取
羽根を往復動自在に設けたことを特徴とする食品
撹拌擂潰装置。
