Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 内部に湛えた溶剤がガス化して拡散するのを
    外周面側所定位置に取付けた冷却手段により形成
    される冷却カーテンによつて防止するようにした
    洗浄槽に、油脂等の汚損物が付着した被洗浄物を
    投入・浸漬してその汚損物の洗浄を行うようにし
    た洗浄装置において、 前記洗浄槽内の所定位置に被洗浄物を投入の際
    にあふれようとするガス化溶剤を収容するバイパ
    ス等を設けると共に、 そのバイパス管にガス化溶剤の液化を行う冷却
    手段を設け、かつ、 前記バイパス管内に所定のタイミングで開閉す
    る弁を設けたことを特徴とする洗浄装置。 ２ バイパス管を洗浄槽内の溶剤液面よりも上部
    側と冷却カーテン形成部よりも上部側とを連通・
    連結するように設けたことを特徴とする請求項１
    に記載の洗浄装置。 ３ 弁の開放動作が、被洗浄物を冷却カーテンを
    通過して投入されるのと略同時に作動するように
    構成したことを特徴とする請求項１又は２に記載
    の洗浄装置。
