- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 上部が開いた容器と、 この容器の底部に蓄えられる有機溶剤と、 この有機系溶剤を加熱する加熱手段と、 この容器の上部において器壁の近傍に設置され
る冷却手段と、 この容器内にその上方から洗浄対象の物品を搬
入し保持し搬出する搬送保持手段と、 この容器の頂部の外周部分に水平に配置される
吸入口を有する排気手段と、 この容器の頂部の内周部分に固定される根元側
が上に凸、先端側が下に凸の流線形の整流板とを
備えたことを特徴とする有機溶剤洗浄装置。
