部信号と出力されるチヨツピング光のタイミング
チヤートを示した図である。 図中、１：放電ランプ、２：チヨツパー部、２
１：チヨツパーデイスク、２２：光通過用開口、
２４：回転検出部、３１：チヨツパーデイスク回
転信号、３２：外部信号、３３：位相差検出制御
回路。

- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 放電ランプと、この放電ランプからの放射光を
誘導する光学系と、この光学系にあつて光通過用
開口を有するデイスクを回転させ前記放射光をチ
ヨツピングするチヨツパー部と、前記デイスクの
回転状態を光センサーにより検出する回転検出部
と、この回転検出部からの回転信号と前記装置外
部からの信号を受信する位相差検出制御回路から
構成される装置において、 前記位相差検出制御回路が、前記外部からの信
号と前記回転検出部からの回転信号の位相を一致
せしめる手段を具備したことを特徴とするチヨツ
パー光源装置。
