- 標本に光照射を行う光源と、前記標本で反射さ
れた光の強度を検出する光強度検出部と、この光
強度検出部の出力レベルと設定された光強度に対
応する信号レベルとを比較してこの差に対応して
前記光源の照射強度を制御する制御手段とを備え
たことを特徴とする顕微鏡の調光装置。
