- 内径が２Ｘである被検査体の内径中心線上に、
固有焦点距離がｆであるレンズを、その光軸が前
記内径中心線と一致するごとくに配置し、前記光
軸を軸とし該レンズの固有焦点を頂点としかつ円
錐頂角が２（９０°―ｔａｎ−１ｆＸ）である円
錐の円錐面上に、もしくは該円錐の母線上に感光
材もしくは感光センサを配置して成る内面検査装
置。
