    調し、 該受信用ＩＣは基板の一面に組付られ、 該基板の他面に該光電変換素子が組付られ、 該基板の一面に形成された電源パターンと該赤
    外線受信用ＩＣの出力端子との間にプルアツプ抵
    抗が接続された赤外線受信装置において、 該プルアツプ抵抗を該赤外線受信用ＩＣに内蔵
    する様にした事を特徴とする赤外線受信装置。
